1. All partners pay a fixed cost of expenses.

2. Monthly expenses are determined by the percentage of shares purchased. For every 1% share, owners pay a fix rate of $34.99.

3. When purchasing with a partnership you minimize your risk.

MONTHLY COST (5% Ownership)

• $175 (That's all! One fixed price!) This covers all normal expenses including, feed, training, blacksmith,  clipping, ordinary vet expenses (up to $300 per month). This does not include shipping and veterinarian expenses in excess of $300 per month.

Earnings

• All owners receive their share of earnings for the prior month on the 10 business day of the following month.

1. Horse wins a NY Maiden Special Weight Race - $25,000

2. Horse wins an Allowance Race -$26,400

Total Winnings:     $51,400

10% Trainer           -$5,140

10% Jockey           -$5,140
